Lentil Soup

Lentils, 2 cups Garlic, 5 cloves Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) Chicken stock, 2 cups Water, 2-4 cups Cumin, 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Cayenne, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp (or more/less depending on your taste) Pepper, 1 tsp (or more/less depending on your taste)
Saute garlic in a little bit of oil.
Add chicken stock, tomato paste, cumin, turmeric, and cayenne.
Once tomato paste is dissolved, add lentils.
Boil on medium heat until lentils are soft.
Add water as necessary (more or less depending on how thick you want your soup)
Season with salt and pepper prior to serving.
Serving Size: Approx 12 bowls
