Ingredients:Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 3 breast, bone and skin removed (cubed or sliced)Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) (remove)Patak's Oven Bake Biryani Sauce, 1.28 cup (1 jar)Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)California Brown Rice, 2 cup (remove)Raisins, 1 cup, packed (remove)2-4 cloves garlic (minced)4 cups water
-Saute chicken, onion, garlic, green pepper for 3 minutes (until chicken is sealed). Add remaining vegetables and raisins. Add Sauce & rice and 6 cups of water.
- Bring to a boil then bake covered for 25 minutes at 350 and a additional 10 minutes uncovered.
- Serve with fresh cilantro and almond slivers.
