Ingredients
10 grams chopped green onion24 grams chopped white mushroom4 grams baby spinach24 grams chopped red pepper1/4 t. tex mex seasoning1 tablespoon roasted red pepper & onion relish1 egg1 teaspoon of milk1 teaspoon of olive oil1 whole wheat pita
Directions
Sautee onion, mushroom, spinach, red pepper in olive oil.

Mix egg and milk in small bowl, add Tex Mex seasoning. Add egg to vegetables in pan, mix until cooked.

Place relish in the pita, add egg and veggies, and eat.

Serving Size: Makes one burrito.
