Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup

Ingredients
8 cups chicken broth1 chicken breast1 medium carrot, peeled & cut into small pieces1/4 cup chopped spinach1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp oregano1 Tbsp basil1 cup orzo, dry1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions
Place all ingredients except the lemon juice in a 4-quart pot. Bring to a boil, covered, over high heat. Once boiling, reduce to low and simmer while covered for 30 minutes. Then, remove chicken, slice and return to the pot. Add lemon juice and enjoy!
