Crock Pot Stew

Ingredients
2 lbs. beef chuck cut into 1" cubes1/4 c. rice flour1 1/2 t salt1/2 t. pepper1 can tomato sauce, plus 1 c. water1 t Worchestershire sauce (lea and Perrins)1 stalk celery1 clove garlic1 bay leaf1 t. paprika2 carrots sliced3 potatoes, cut up1-2 onions2 c. tomatoes1 can green beans, drained
Directions
place meat in crock pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat; stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hrs (high 5-6) Stir thoroughly before serving.
