two bags of frozen spinach, thawed & drained2 cans of water chestnuts, diced3 green onions, chopped8 oz of regular may16 oz of light sour creamsalt & pepper to tasteadd red pepper flakes if you choosemakes 1.5 qt of dip.
defrost spinach in warm water, remove excess water
chop all water chestnuts
chop green onions
mix above with may & light sour cream
