Hershey's Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 1/4 cup King Arthur Gluten Free Multi-Purpose Flour1 Tsp Baking Soda1 Tsp Xanthan gum2 Sticks Lightly Salted Butter3/4 cup Brown Sugar3/4 cup Granlutaed Sugar1 tsp Vanilla Extract2 eggs2 cup (12 oz Pkg) Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Heat Oven to 35OF. Use Parchment paper to line cookie sheets. Mix together flour baking soda and xanthan gum in a medium bowl. In a large bowl with electric mixer on medium power mix together butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs. Once mixed fold in flour mixture until creamy and add one bag of Hershey's chips.
Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.Cool for few minutes before removing from pan and transfer to wire cooling rack.
Makes appoximently 5 dozen cookies
