Ground Turkey Taco Salad (no beans)

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey1 pkg McCormick Origianl Taco Seasoning Mix3/4 c Water1 large head Iceberg Lettuce, choppedShredded Cheddar Cheese, 1/8 c eachSalsa, 1/4 c eachReduced Fat Sour cream, 1 tbsp each
Directions
Brown turkey and onion in large skillet. Drain fat.
Add taco seasoning and water.
Cover and let simmer 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop lettuce.
Serve meat mixture over lettuce and top with cheese, salsa, and sour cream.

    tried this last night and it was a hit. Did make some homemade pico de gallo and used that instead of salsa (less sodium and the lime juice gave it a nice citrusy taste). - 3/28/17
