Slow Cooker Potato soup

Ingredients
Leeks, 1 cupCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced*Potato, raw, 4.5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)Milk, nonfat, 4 cupSoup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 2 teaspoonButter, salted, 2 tbspThyme, fresh, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Wash and slice leeks and celery. Peel red potatoes and cut into quarters, then slice thickly. Mix dry boullion cubes with some cold milk and then add everything else into the crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours
