Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
Chicken breast, mixed frozen vegetables, white rice, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, crushed red pepper
Directions
Slice chicken into small pieces.
Heat skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
Saute garlic until golden.
Add chickn to skillet. Add half of the soy sauce.
Cook until all pink is gone.
Add frozen vegetables, remaining soy sauce and crushed red pepper (optional).
Cover, stirring occasionally, until veggies are heated through.

Cook rice as directed on package.
