Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
630g canned slamon1/2 cup panko bread crumbs0.5cup oat bran2 tbs Flax (milled and mixed with 6 tbsp of water)2 Tbsp Hellmans half fat mayo1 Tbsp dijon mustard4 tsp old bay1 tsp dill
Directions
Mix together wet ingredients
Mix together dry ingredients (except Panko)
Add dry to salmon, add wet.

Form into 9 cakes, roll in panko crumbs
bake on low broil for 10 minutes per side
