Crumble and brown Italian Sausage,I actually use the 1 lb chubs of sausage but could not find it on here. then add seasonings, chop and add peppers and onion. Add chicken broth and cover. Simmer slowly for at least 30 minutes or 1 hour.
Cook in slow cooker.
