Chicken with Asparagus and Couscous

Ingredients
1ea 3 oz grilled boneless skinless chicken breast (previously cooked)1 cup fresh asparagus1/3 cup dry whole wheat pearl couscous1 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth1 tsp garlic powder (adjust to taste)1 dash fresh ground black pepper
Directions
Cut the chicken breast into bite sized cubes. Remove the coarse end 1/3 of the asparagus and cut remainder into 1" pieces. In a 10" saute pan add all ingredients and put on high heat, bring to a boil. Stir once, reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer on low for 12 minutes. Fluff with a spoon or fork and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving as a full balanced meal
