Chicken and Dumplings Easy

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts5-6 cups water4 celeray stalks, cut into 1/4ths4 carrots, cut into piecesBay leavesSeasoning SaltGarlic PowderSalt and Pepper to taste5 Tortillas cut into strips
Directions
Boil the chicken until done (about an hour) in the a pot with the water, celary, carrots, and seasonings. When chicken is done take out and shred. While shreding put tortilla strips in and cook for 10 min. Add Chicken back to pot and simmer for 5 min. Enjoy! If water starts to evaporate add more.
