Ems meatless chili

Ingredients
2 cans red kidney beans 2 cans chili beans28 oz stewed tomatoes - this equals 1 quart canning jar or two 14.5 oz jars from the store1 green pepper finally chopped - i blend mine2 long green onions - chopeed or blended3 - 1/8 tsp garlic powder3 TBSP chili powder2 TBSP sugar1 TBSP crushed red pepper or ground cayenne pepper3 TBSP white vinegar1 tsp. ground cumin
Directions
I place all the ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low all day. It can be placed in a sauce pot and cooked in an hour. Add less cayenne if you don't like spicy things.

We like to top it with fat free sour cream and tortilla chips. My husband likes shredded cheddar or mozeralla cheese.
