Challah Bread Gluten Free

Ingredients
2 cups White Rice Flour1 3/4 cups Potatoe Starch1/4 cup Sugar plus 2 Teaspoons 3 Teaspoons Xanthan gum1/2 or 3/4 Teaspoon Salt according to taste1 2/3 cup lukewarm water1-1/2 tablespoons yeast 4 Tablespoons melted butter1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar4 eggs room temperatueSesame Seeds (Optional)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients (except Yeast)

In another bowl blend eggs and vinegar than add melted butter and warm water.

Pour liquid in bread machine than layer the dry ingredients on top. With a spoon make a little hole for the yeast.

Us a gluten free setting on your bread machine
