Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten2 tbsp of milk1/4 bell pepper, chopped
Directions
Set a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
Whisk eggs and milk together. Stir in chopped peppers.
Test skillet using a drop of water. If it sizzles, it's ready.
Add mixture to pan. Push in eggs toward the middle as they begin to firm up. When mixture is nearly firm, flip one half to the other. Serve immediately.

Serving Size: Makes 1 large omlet
