Elk Hamburger Soup

Ingredients
1.5 lbs Ground Elk1 medium onion chopped1 Tbsp crushed garlic2 large carrots chopped4 large celery stalks chopped3 cups beef broth2 cups water1/2 cup Basmati Rice1 can tomato soup1 cup canned diced tomatoes1/4 cup cider vinegar2 tsp Worcestershire saucethymesavoryparsleypepperolive oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in pot, brown ground elk, add onion and garlic.
Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer on low for 2 hours. Enjoy!
