Tandoori Chicken (breast)

Ingredients
4 chicken quarters without skin175ml low fat plain yoghurt1tsp garam masala1tsp grated root ginger1 crushed garlic clove1.5tsp chilli powder1/4 tsp turmeric1tsp ground coriander1tbsp lemon juice1tsp salt2tbsp oil
Directions
1. Mix yoghurt, spices, lemon juice, salt and oil and beat so mixed well
2. Cover the chicken with the spice mixture and leave to marinate for at least 3 hours
3. Preheat oven to 240 C, put the chicken in an ovenproof dish
4. Bake for 20 - 25 mins or until chicken is cooked through and brown on top
