Taco Soup

Ingredients
1lb lean ground beef1 10oz can Rotel1 15oz can Black Beans2 8oz cans tomato sauce2 cups hot water1 15oz can corn1 5.5oz can V8 (or you could substitute more V8 instead of tomato sauce, but it was all I had)2 tsp garlic salt (to taste)2 tsp onion powder (to taste)1 tsp chipotle chile powder (to taste)1 Tbs ground cumin (to taste)Finely shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef. Drain any grease and return to pot. Add remaining ingredients, except the cheese, and 2 cups hot water. Bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes, or until flavors have melded. Sprinkle cheese on top of individual servings.
