Stuffed pepper soup

Ingredients
97% lean ground turkey 1 pound2 green peppers cut into large chunks1 onion chopped1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes1 15 ounce can tomatoe sauce1 15 ounce can chicken stock2 beef bouillion cubes1/4 cup brown sugar(I use splenda)1 cup cooked brown ricesalt and pepper to taset, I use 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper.
Directions
brown ground turkey, and onions, add tomatoes and tomatoe sauce and the chicken stock. add green peppers, bouillion cubes, brown sugar, simmer till the peppers are tender. add cooked rice, heat thru, serve.
