2 cups Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Baking Powder1/2 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Cocoa3 Medium Zucchini, peeled and shredded1/2 cup Canola Oil1 cup Agave Nector2 tsp Imitation Vanilla Extract1 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, divided
Preheat oven to 325. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray. Mix first four ingredients. Add shredded zucchini, oil, Agave Nector, and vanilla and mix. Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and mix. Pour batter in pan and bake for 24 min. Take pan out of oven and immediately sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. Leave in pan for 5-10 min and then cut and move to cooling rack.
