low carb chocolate cake

Ingredients
1/4 c almond flour, blanched1 T cocoa powder1/4 t baking powder1 egg1 T water1/2 t vanilla extract3-4 stevia packets or 5 splenda packets
Directions
put dry ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly. in a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients. mix the dry into the wet ingredients into a microwave 2 C size dish. cover with saran wrap, cut a vent. microwave on high for one minute. serve.
