Baked Tofu

Ingredients
4 Tablespoons soy sauce2 Tablespoons canola oil1 tsp minced garlic1 cake firm tofu (16 oz)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl mix together soy sauce, oil and garlic.
Cut pressed tofu into 3/4 inch cubes .
Toss cubes in soy sauce marinade.
Spread tofu in a baking dish in a single layer.
Bake 15 minutes. Stir.
Bake another 15 minutes and you are done!
