Homemade Whole Wheat Oat Bread

Mix water, yeast, tsp sugar. Set aside until foamy. Mix all remaining ingredients. Mix in the yeast/water mixture. Keep mixing until easy to form into a ball. Put in a large bowl, cover, let rise about an hour or until doubled in size. Punch down and knead. Cut into two equal parts, form into loaves, but in loaf pans. Let rise again until dough is about an inch higher than the pan. Bake, 30 minutes, at 350F. Let cool 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
