Scottish Mince and Tatties

Ingredients
1 # lean ground beef1/2 cup chopped onion1 garlic clove chopped1 cup chopped carrot1 teaspoon nutmeg1 can beef gravy Mashed potatoes (6 servings)
Directions
Brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic, and carrot. Drain off any fat. Add the can of beef gravy and the nutmeg and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes additional or until gravy is heated through. Place the ground beef mixture in a 8 inch square baking dish and top with the mashed potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes until top is slightly browned.
