Chicken w/ Wild & Brown Rice

3 large skinless, boneless chicken breast1 2/3 cup Imagine Free Range Chicken Broth or any other low sodium chicken broth6 tbsp fresh salsa1/2 cup wild rice1/2 cup brown rice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees for at least 10 munutes
Add first three ingredients to a covered pan and bake for 20 minutes
Clean and add last two ingredients and cook for an additional 20 minutes
Remove from oven and stir rice and cook for another 10 or until rice is fully cooked.
Makes 6 servings (approx.3oz of chicken per serving)
