Creamy chicken enchilada mix

Ingredients
1 T butter1/2 c green onions- chopped1/2 t garlic powder1 4oz can chopped green chilies1 10 oz can cream mushroom soup-reduced fat1/2c light sour cream1 1/12 c cooked chicken-(use canned)1 c shredded sheddar-divided in 1/21/4 c 2% milk6 12 in tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven 350
Melt butter in med sauce pan med heat
saute gr onions 2-3 min
add garlic powder and cream muschroom soup and sour cream-mix well
reserve 1 1/2 cups of mix
add chicken and 1/2c cheddar cheese to ramaining mixture- fill six tortillas- roll- place in greased casserole dish
mix milk with reserve mixture and pour over enchiladas
top with remaining cheese
bake 25-30 min

Serving Size: makes 6 enchilada wrapped in mission carb balance tortillas
