Tim's Pasta Primervera

Ingredients
1 Box Barilla Cellentani, 16 oz 1 Carrot 7-1/2" slices thinly 1 Large Red Pepper chopped 3 Cloves Garlic Finely Chopped 4 tbsp Chopped Shallot 1 Juice of a Lemon 1 Bunch Broccoli Chopped 1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 1 tsp. Oregano, ground 1 tsp. Thyme, ground, 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Serving Size: makes 8 1.5 cup servings

Prepare pasta per instructions on package

In a large saute pan place the olive oil over medium high heat. When hot, add garlic and stir gently about 1 min. Add peppers, broccoli and carrots. Cook until just tender about 5 min. Add shallots, red pepper flakes, oregano and thyme. After about 2 minutes add lemon juice. Add coked pasta and toss until fully mixed. Salt and Pepper to taste.
