Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) Garlic, 1 clove Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Wash spinach if needed and drain off water. Heat olive oil in skillet with chopped garlic until garlic is brown. Add spinach to oil/garlic mixture and cook only until spinach is wilted. Put on plate to eat, adding salt and pepper to taste. This goes well with baked sweet potato and chicken breast.
