Chili Cheese Bake

Ingredients
1 # lean ground beef, browned, drained1 onion, chopped3 T canola oil26 oz. pkg of southern style shredded hashbrowns2 cans of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies1 can chili beans, undrained1/2 tsp each of season salt, garlic powder and cumin 1.5 cups shredded 2% cheddar cheeseReduced Fat sour cream and baked Tostitos
Directions
In an ovenproof skillet (I used a LARGE iron skillet), cook ground beef and onion, drain and et aside. Heat oil in skillet and cook hashbrowns according to package directions. Combine beef and remaining ingredients. Pour over hashbrowns. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with sour cream and serve with baked Tostitos on side.
