Banana Bread (1/2" slice)

Ingredients
1.25 cups sugar0.5 cup butter2 large eggs1.5 cups mashed ripe bananas0.5 cup skim milk1 tsp vanilla2.5 cups all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
preheat oven to 350.
cream sugar and butter.
stir in eggs, bananas, milk, and vanilla.
add remaining ingredients.
bake in greased loaf pan for 70-75 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
