Ingredients
2 cups light soy milk2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla extract4 tsp. baking powder1 tblsp. Splenda2 cups whole wheat flour
Directions
mix all wet ingredients 1st, then added dry ingredients 1 at a time in a kitchen aide. spray a hot pan with cooking spray of choice, cook pancakes to preference.

Serving Size: makes about 17, 4-inch pancakes.
