Black Bean Veggie Burger (1 patty serving)

Ingredients
4C black beans (with onions, garlic, tomato)3 slices *Homemade Whole Wheat Bread*, crumbed10 saltine crackers, crushed2 eggs1/2C corn1Tbsp chili powder1Tbsp cuminTony Chachere's to taste
Directions
mash beans into a semi-paste, (add onions, garlic, tomato - if not using soup) stir into beans.

Mix eggs with powdered spices, mix in with beans. add in bread crumbs and cracker crumbs.

Form into patties. stick on cookie tray in freezer until stiff. Cook on griddle with non-stick spray. until dark brown- light char.
