Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients
Marinade:1 cup low fat yogurt1 TB lemon juice2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp cinnamon2 tsp cayenne pepper2 tsp black pepper1 TB minced ginger12 oz. boneless skinless chicken breastsSauce:1 TB butter1 clove garlic, minced2 tsp ground cumin2 tsp paprika1 cup (8 oz.) tomato sauce1 cup fat free evaporated milk
Directions
1. In large bowl, combine ingredients for marinade. Stir in chicken. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Cook chicken and set aside
3. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic, season with cumin and paprika. Stir in tomato sauce and fat free evaporated milk. Simmer on low heat until sauce thickens, 20 minutes. Add chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
