1 large egg1/4 cup 1%milkVanilla Extract about 1 tsp1 T butter (or something for the pan)Bread (Sara Lee Delightful Multi Grain used)
Beat egg, milk & vanilla in bowl with a fork.
Melt butter in a pan then dip bread in egg mixture. Cook low/med heat till bread is light brown ( about 3-5 min). Flip over and do the same on the other side.
Serving Size: makes 2 pieces
