Easy Chicken and Dumplings

2 chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)3 can chicken broth2 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of celery soup1/2 onion, chopped10 fajita size flour tortillas sliced into 1 inch strips2 TBS country crock lightsalt pepper
Boil the chicken til done, then shred/ cut into small pieces
Saute chopped onion in country crock until translucent
add soups and broth, bring to boiling
add in chicken, bring back to boil.
add in tortilla strips, bring back to boil, stirring often
season as desired with salt and pepper
