Ginger and Pear Cake

Ingredients
1tbsp butter1 tbsp soft brown sugar1 tsp ground ginger2 pears, peeled and thickly sliced175g all-purpose flour175g caster sugar1 tsp ground ginger85g soft butter3 eggs
Directions
Heat oven to 190 celsius. Melt the butter in the bottom of a 20 cm cake tin while oven heats. Mix 1 tsp ginger, with sugar into the butter and then place the pear slices in the bottom of the cake pan too. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour into the cake tin. Cool for a moment in the pan before turning on to a wire rack to cool completely.
