Ayres' Stuffed Pepper soup

Ingredients
1 lb of ground beef as lean as possible1-2 green peppers1 small red onion1 can petite diced tomatoes1 29 oz can tomatoe sauce4 cups of water3 beef buillion cubes
Directions
Ground beef with chopped onion and ground pepper. Drain grease
add tomatoe sauce, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, 3 beef buillion cubes, and some oreganoe and basil to the beef onion and pepper. Let boil...and serve
