Onion- .5 cup, dicedOil- 2 tbspBasmati Rice- 2 cups uncookedTomatoes with Green Chiles- 1 canWater- 1 can
Serving Size: 5 Servings
Heat oil in skillet. Add onions and cook on medium heat until translucent. Turn heat to medium high and add uncooked rice. Cook, stirring frequently, until rice is brown and onions are caramelized and getting crispy. Add can of tomatoes with green chiles and water to skillet and stir. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes or until rice reaches desired texture.
