Trader Joe's Lean Beef Stew Meat, 24 ozBeef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1.5 cupRed Wine, 16 fl oz (Cheap French wines work well)Garlic, 2 clovesPotato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Black Pepper (Ground), .5 tspCelery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)whole onion, raw (1 onion)Flour, white, .25 cup Mushrooms 1.5 cups
Place meat in crock pot.
Mix flour, salt, pepper and pour over meat.
Stir to coat meat with flour.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
