Ingredients
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving Walnuts, .5 oz (14 halves) Raisins, .25 cup, packed Apple juice, unsweetened, 1 cup cinnamon to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave 2 1/2 minutes [longer if you like it softer]
Add water if you like it soupier.

Serving Size: Makes 1 meal for me.
