Buffalo Chicken salad

Ingredients
12 ounces diced chicken2 diced carrots2 diced celery stalks1 med onion chopped.5 cup greek plain yogurt.5 cup reduced fat sour cream.5 cup blue cheese crumbles
Directions
Dice Chicken, onions, celery and carrots...mix with sour cream, blue cheese, yogurt and red hot.

Serve cold or warm...do not over heat yogurt will curdle.

Eat over a salad, lettuce wrapd or on cucumber slices.
