Turkey and Cheese Enchilladas

1 lb ground turkey, lean8 oz Velveeta 2%1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 c. Pace's picante sauce mild2 tbls milk7 corn tortillas
Cook the meat.
Combine the velveeta and picante sauce in a bowl and microwave until melted. Put half of the mix into another bowl and add the milk to make the sauce. Put the cooked meat in the first bowl and mix with velveeta/picante sauce. Put the meat mixture into corn tortillas, wrap and put the seam side down in a baking pan. Cover with sauce and shredded cheese. Cook at 350 for 10 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 3.5 servings of 2 enchilladas/serving
