Ingredients
Directions
Olive Oil - 3-4 tablespoons3 Cloves of Garlic1 small onion choppedDash of Worcestershire Sauce3-4 Fresh Tomatoe's chopped with seeds1 small tin of Tomatoe PureeSea Salt & Black Pepper to taste1 Teaspoon of granulated sugarWater
Depending on your taste this will cover 2 servings of 7oz of cooked Pasta
Grate 1 clove of Garlic into a saucepan
Add 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Add 1/2 chopped Onion
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce & Salt & Pepper
Turn on Heat & leave until Onion & Garlic sizzle
Add the chopped Tomatoes & cup of Water & Leave on a low to medium heat until mixture starts to thicken. Add tomatoe puree & teaspoon of sugar. Stir Well
Add remaining Onion, Olive Oil & Garlic Cloves & leave on low heat for approx 5-10mins
Depending on personal Taste you can leave out Garlic or add more in ! You can also add Peppers & mushrooms to this
Add to cooked pasta & enjoy
