Whole Wheat Brownies

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa2 TBS Wheat Bran2 TBS Wheat Germ2 TBS Oat Bran1 Tsp Baking Powder1 Tsp Salt1/2 Cup Canola Oil1/2 Cup Brown Sugar2 Eggs1 Tsp Vanilla3 TBS Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips(optional)3 TBS Chopped Walnuts (optional)
Directions
1. Grease a 8x8 or 9x9 square pan & preheat oven to 350.
2.In a medium bowl mix flour, cocoa, wheat bran, wheat germ, oat bran, baking powder & salt.
3.In a large bowl mix the oil, sugar & vanilla. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
4.Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix until blended. The mixture will be thick.
5.Put into greased 8x8 or 9x9 square pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips & walnuts on top.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Check the brownies at 15 minutes. When tooth pick inserted into the center comes out clean the brownies are done (make sure you don't hit the chocolate chips). Do not over bake!
