12 oz celeriac, peeled and grated coarsely, about 2 cups30 g mayo26 g nonfat yogurt5 g dijon mustard5 g lemon juiceSalt and pepper to taste (a dash of each is in nutrition)
Directions
Mix dressing ingredients before grating celeriac, then mix all together.
