Sticky Salmon

2 x 100g fillets salmon, skin removed1 tbs dark soy sauce60 ml maple syrup1 clove garlic, crushedpinch ground ginger
Mix the marinade ingredients in an oven proof dish, place the fish in the dish and coat all over with the marinade. Cover with shrink wrap and place in the fridge for 30mins to 1hour.
Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (Gas Mark 6). Take the fish out of the fridge and uncover. Place in the oven for around 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
Serve on a plate, topping the fish with all the yummy sticky sauce.
