Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables1 package (10 oz) frozen seasoning-blend vegetables1 can (10.75 oz) tomato soup, undiluted1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes10.5 oz spicy vegetable juicesalt & black pepper, to taste
Directions
Coat Crock-Pot slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Crumble beef before placing in bottom. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to blend. Cover; cook on High 4 hours. If necessary, break up large pieces of beef. Add salt and pepper before serving, if desired.
