Chicken Alfrado

Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast (you can use fresh if you have them)8 oz egg noodles2 cups Classico Alfredo Sauce (if you have a 100 cal/serving (or lower) alfredo sauce you prefer, feel free to use that instead)
Directions
1.) put EVOO in the bottom of a frying pan
2.) cut chicken into bite sized chunks
3.) Drop chicken into EVOO and sautee until the chicken is cooked thoroughly
4.) While chicken is boiling, bring half gallon of water to a boil
5.) When water starts to boil, drop egg noodles into the water - stir occasionally
6.) cook noodles until al dente (cooked but not mushy) (takes 8-10 minutes on average)
7.) Put chicken on a paper towel lined plate to pick up any extra oils and dran remaining fat out of the pan.
8.) Return chicken to the pan
9.) Put sauce in the pan with the chicken and turn on low heat
10.) Drain noodles
11.) Put noodles in the pan with the chicken and the sauce - stir to coat
12.) serve

makes enough for 4 people (or dinner and then lunch for the next day!)
